In this blog, we’ll discuss various budget-friendly projects you can pursue to raise the value of your home while improving both decor and functionality. Living Areas

When it comes to your living areas, applying a fresh coat of paint can be an easy, inexpensive way to freshen the look and feel of the room. Better mirrors can also make your bathroom feel a lot more spacious. 

If you’re looking to breathe some new life into the space, consider upgrading the cabinet hardware to something more modern, similar to what is recommended in the kitchen. Replace old towels, rugs, and bath mats with new, colour-coordinated ones that brighten the room and bring the space together. Also consider a fresh coat of paint, as it can do the same.
